Pharmacy Databases On CD-ROM or via Email
The Hayes Pharmacy Database on CD-ROM is updated twice a year in April and October, and features a comprehensive list of the
56,847 retail drug stores in the United States The database is also available via email in zip compressed format. You may order it in
Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, tab-delimited text or in a custom format. The electronic database is easily imported into your CRM
system or other database systems. You may choose three ways to order the pharmacy database: the complete database of all 56,847
independent and chain pharmacies, the 21,513 independent and small drug chain database (under 100 stores) or a database of the
18,418 retail independent pharmacies. All customers who purchase the April 2010 database will receive a free update in October
2010..

Hayes Independent Drug Store Directory (published annually in December)
The Hayes Independent Drug Store Directory, contains the name, address, telephone and fax number for all retail independent
pharmacies in the United States. Each state lists the pharmacies in two sections, the first section lists them in geographical order by
city and name, and the second section lists all the independents in alphabetical order by name. We consider an independent
pharmacy as having 7 or less locations

Hayes Chain Drug Store Directory (published annually in December)
The Hayes Chain Drug Store Directory, contains the name, address, telephone and fax number for all retail chain pharmacies in the
United States. This directory comes in two volumes, one listing all the chain pharmacies by state and city, and the other listing all the
chain pharmacies in alphabetical order by chain name. Each volume also includes a separate section of the chain headquarters with a
store count of each chain. We consider a chain as having 8 or more locations.
